We try to keep accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you with the available products and contact you to find out if you prefer to wait for the replacement of the pending item or if you prefer that we process a refund.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Shipping payment will be collected with purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.
3. Returns
3.1 No refund for change of mind
Any claim for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims that are deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you place an order, then cancel immediately, then it's ok. If you place an order, we fulfill and send it to you, it is already too late.
3.2 Returns under guarantee
ORGVIPS will gladly honor any valid warranty claim, as long as a claim is filed within 30 days of receipt of items.
Customers will be required to pay for return shipping in advance; however, we will refund you once the warranty claim is successful.
Upon receipt of returned items for warranty claim, you can expect ORGVIPS to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the option to:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item shipped to you (if stock is available)
4. Terms of delivery
4.1 National transit time
In general, domestic shipments are in transit from 2 to 7 days
4.2 International transit time
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit from 4 to 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier service you have selected. We can offer you a more specific quote when you choose your courier service at checkout.
4.3 Shipping time
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after payment of the order.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change of delivery address
For delivery address change requests, we may change the address at any time before the order is shipped.
4.5 Shipping to PO Box
ORGVIPS will ship to PO Box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
4.6 Shipping to military addresses
We can ship to military addresses through USPS. We cannot offer this service using courier services.
4.7 Items out of stock
If an item is out of stock, we will ship the in-stock items immediately and ship the remaining items once they are back in stock.
4.8 Delivery time exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
5. Notification Tracking
Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates available from the shipping provider.
6. Packages damaged in transit
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, if possible, please refuse the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.
