Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims that are considered an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default in the orgvips function. When we receive a returned shipment, an automatic email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns are donated to charities after 4 weeks.
Incorrect address: If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. You will be responsible for the costs of reshipping once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
We only offer refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer's regret.
Sizes ordered incorrectly will also not be eligible for orgvips refunds. This Policy will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of translations made for any purpose.
